Please note, since natural rubber is 100% natural and we do not use stuffing or chemicals in the toys, they can change shape slightly if exposed to cold, and look slightly concave. This is perfectly safe and normal shape sometimes returns once the rubber warms up again. (see photo of diplodocus as an example).
