The purchaser has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The returned goods should be unused, in the original package and undamaged.

The purchaser covers the costs of returning the goods. If the reason for the return is a wrong product or a defective item, the return costs will be covered by the seller.

If the purchaser has used automatic return when returning the goods, this cost will be deducted from the amount of the return of the goods to the purchaser.

The goods not eligible for return:

– cosmetics and perfumery,

– intimate hygiene products;

– hygiene products, including toothbrushes, if their packaging has been opened;

– if the product cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g. make-up, cosmetics, perfumes, hygiene products, food supplements and foodstuffs, drinks, blankets, pillows, mattresses, etc.) or the product has been used or opened or the use (or non-use) of which could not be controlled;

– if the defect was caused by incorrect use of the device (failure to follow the instructions);

– if the device has been used with an inappropriate current voltage or the original cable that came with the device has not been used for charging;

– if the product has mechanical damage or is broken (e.g. due to a fall);

– in case of normal wear and tear of the device or errors that do not impair the value or use of the device;

– if the goods have become dirty during trying on and the use and cleaning of these incurs costs for the seller (e.g. tents, swimming pools, clothes).

– the goods marked as final sale cannot be returned and these are not eligible for return.


If the product has been purchased at a discount price, the cost of exchanging the product is borne by the purchaser.

If the product has been purchased at full price, the cost of returning the product is borne by the seller and the cost of shipping a new product is borne by the purchaser.
