PACKAGE DELIVERY TIME

We ship orders made on working days until 12 o’clock on the same day (except discount campaigns such as e-Monday and Black Friday).

We do not deal with packages on weekends. If the order is placed on Friday after 12:00, the package will be put together on Monday.

The delivery time for e-Monday packages is always up to 2 weeks.

 

DISCOUNT COUPONS

For logged in users, an additional -10% discount applies to all full-price goods (except gift cards) at checkout.

The discount coupon code of the gift card is applied at the checkout after entering this code to ENTER COUPON CODE box and pressing APPLY.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

After making the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation to your email. If you have Gmail, please check your spam mailbox.

Order in progress – we have received your payment and the goods are being assembled.

Order fulfilled – the goods ordered by you have been handed over to the respective transport company. The confirmation of this status may be delayed during campaigns such as e-Monday.

 

E-MONDAY CAMPAIGNS

The orders placed cannot be changed. Already purchased products cannot be exchanged on an ongoing basis.

If you ordered the wrong product on e-Monday, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The orders placed during e-Monday campaign will NOT be subject to standard delivery time.

The delivery time for E-Monday packages is ALWAYS up to 2 weeks.

 

COULD NOT PICK UP THE PACKAGE ON TIME

If the ordered goods are returned to us, we will contact the purchaser.

In order to ship the goods again, we issue a new invoice to the purchaser for two deliveries: returning the package to us and sending the package again.

 

PACKAGE REROUTING

If the package is already in the parcel terminal, there is a charge for rerouting the package.

The new transport invoice will be issued to the purchaser for rerouting the package.

 

REFUSAL FROM PACKAGE

If the purchaser wants to cancel the order, when the package has already been sent out and is in the hands of the courier company, the purchaser will cover the related costs. This includes shipping costs, which are deducted from the cost of the purchaser’s goods when the goods are returned, and, in addition, return costs, which are calculated from the purchase price of the goods.
