The patch is 0.3 mm thick and is biodegradable! It can be worn at any time – while sleeping, exercising, at work – it does not interfere with daily activities!

Usage: Before use, ensure the skin is dry. Cut open the foil bag, remove one of the patches, and first remove the protective film from the patch! Place the patch on the lower abdomen or lower back (if unsure of the exact location, lower is generally better). We recommend removing the patch with warm water, for example, in a warm shower. Once the patch is completely wet, gently peel off one end and carefully remove it. The used patch can be thrown into compost or the trash. A new patch can be applied immediately after removing the old patch (on dry skin).

Ingredients: Peppermint oil 10%, Eucalyptus leaf oil 5%, Adhesive (Guar Gum & Tracaganth Gum Rosin Ester). The patch is a blend of naturally derived medical-grade polymers.
