Bulking agents (maltodextrin from potato, microcrystalline cellulose), gelatin (bovine), anticaking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate), lactic acid bacteria:
L. casei, L. fermentum, L. acidophilus, S. thermophilus, E. faecium.

Dosage instructions:

3 capsules per day with water. To be taken on an empty stomach (half an hour before or after food)

Sachets: 1 sachet a day mixed with water. To be taken on an empty stomach. (The sachets of lactic acid bacteria are reactivated when the powder is mixed with water.) One rest day per week is recommended.

Characteristic substances of food supplement and their amount in the daily dose (on the expiration date):
3 capsules: Lactic acid bacteria: L. casei, L. fermentum, L. acidophilus, S. thermophilus, E. faecium (total 4,5E9 cfu*).

Storage:
Store at room temperature in a dry, dark place.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Dietary supplements should not replace the variety of foods important to a healthy diet.
