Description
A merino wool balaclava keeps your ears, neck, and back warm. The balaclava does not make your head sweat and allows your skin to breathe.
The fabric material is sourced from organic farming and contains no chlorine, heavy metals, or harmful chemicals. The fabric is clean and gentle on the skin.
Merino wool products are suitable for year-round wear. The fabric keeps the body warm in winter and cools in summer. Merino wool products are antistatic and antibacterial, making them suitable for even the most sensitive-skinned babies.
Dilling uses cotton and wool in its clothing that has the GOTS certificate (The Global Organic Textile Standard), the world’s leading organic textile processing standard. The standard involves strict control and ecological and social criteria across the supply chain.
Additionally, all Dilling clothes hold The Nordic Swan ecolabel, which sets strict requirements for the substances used in clothing treatment. The label excludes the use of harmful substances in clothing.
Care of Merino Wool Products:
PRODUCT CARE: Products can be machine washed on a wool wash program (30 degrees). Use a detergent intended for woolen clothes. Merino wool clothes can also be hand washed, but do not soak them in water for a long time.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND using wool detergents containing lanolin. Lanolin makes clothes waterproof, and detergents containing lanolin are not suitable for merino wool clothes that are the first layer against the skin. In such a case, merino wool loses its property – it no longer absorbs moisture and does not keep the body warm and/or cool it. Dilling wool wash gel does not contain lanolin!
