Description
The merino wool balaclava keeps the ears, nape, and neck warm. The balaclava does not make the head sweat and allows the skin to breathe.
The fabric material comes from organic farming and does not contain chlorine, heavy metals, or other harmful chemicals. The fabric is clean and gentle on the skin.
Merino wool products are suitable for year-round wear. The fabric keeps the body warm in winter and cools it in summer. Merino wool products are antistatic and antibacterial, which makes them suitable even for babies with the most sensitive skin.
Dilling uses cotton and wool in its garments, which have the GOTS certification (The Global Organic Textile Standard), the world’s leading standard for processing organic textiles. The standard covers strict control and ecological and social criteria throughout the supply chain.
In addition, all of Dilling’s clothes have The Nordic Swan eco-label, which sets strict requirements for the substances used in garment treatment. The label excludes the use of harmful substances on clothing.
Merino Wool Product Care:
PRODUCT CARE: Products can be washed in the washing machine using the wool wash program (30 degrees). Use a detergent designed for woolen clothes. Merino wool garments can also be washed by hand, but do not soak them in water for long.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND using wool detergent that contains lanolin. Lanolin makes clothes waterproof, and a detergent with lanolin is not suitable for merino wool garments that are the first layer next to the skin. In such a case, merino wool loses its property – it no longer absorbs moisture and does not keep the body warm and/or does not cool it. Dilling wool wash gel does not contain lanolin!
