Vitamin D3 is a necessary vitamin in the autumn-winter period, especially for the sun-poor population of Northern Europe.

Vitamin D participates in the process of cell division and contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin D helps keep bones, teeth and muscle function normal.
The main function of vitamin D is to ensure the absorption of calcium from nutrients and its transport to the bones. If there is little vitamin D in the blood, it is difficult for the body to absorb calcium. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of both calcium and phosphorus.
Vitamin D actively participates in the process of cell division and supports the function of bones, teeth and muscles. Vitamin D also contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Vitamin D3 produced in Estonia is made on the basis of MCT coconut oil. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) comes from lanolin produced from sheep’s wool. Vitamin D3 in liquid form is bottled in a glass bottle equipped with a pipette.

NB! Vitamin D levels can be measured in a private medical laboratory or at a family doctor’s appointment.

INGREDIENTS: MCT coconut oil, vitamin D3 ( cholecalciferol, lamb’s wool lanolin ).

HOW TO USE: Shake before use. The recommended daily dose is 1 to 3 drops (400 IU – 1200 IU).

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication or are pregnant.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
NB! During administration, it is important to avoid contact of the pipette with the mucous membrane of the mouth and tongue!
Administer the product in such a way that the pipette does not come into contact with the mucous membranes of the mouth when instilling into the mouth, or drop onto a spoon.
Do not use the food supplement as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to eat a varied and balanced diet and practice a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.

Recommended administration period: year-round.

Babies 0-3 years al. From 2 weeks of life, 1 drop of 400 IU (10 mcg).

Children 3-12 years old. 2 drops 800IU (20 mcg).

Children 12-18 years old. 3 drops 1200IU (30 mcg).

NB! When exposed to the sun without a protective cream, the skin produces vitamin D during the first 15-20 minutes, then the skin starts to tan and the production of vitamin D stops. During this time, about 15-20,000 IU (375-500 mcg) of vitamin D is absorbed into the body, and with enough exposure to the sun, the normal level of vitamin D in the blood is 150-230nmol/l.

STORAGE: Store in an upright position. Keep closed at room temperature up to 25 degrees and protected from direct sunlight. After first opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 12 months
