How to use: 

• Chew the tablet thoroughly.
• Brush with a damp toothbrush for about 2 minutes.
• Spit out the foam (For maximum mineral effect, we recommend only spitting out the foam and not rinsing your mouth with water).

• Recommended usage: 2 times a day, morning and evening brushing.
• Recommended amount: 1 tablet per use.
• It is recommended to floss the interdental spaces BEFORE brushing.
• To ensure maximum freshness of the tablets, keep them in a sealed bag or pour into a closed container.
