Shake well before use. Can be used pure or diluted in hot water, as a herbal tea:

Children between 3 and 6: 5 ml, 2 times per day (=10 ml)
Children between 6 and 12: 5 ml, 4 times per day (=20 ml)
Adolescents and adults: 10 ml, 3 times per day (=30 ml)

Precautions for use Not recommended for persons suffering from asthma or with allergies to beehive products. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Pregnancy and breast-feeding: seek medical advice. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children. The colour, smell and taste may vary but will have no effect on quality or efficacy. This is due to the natural characteristics of the ingredients. Suitable for vegetarians.
Storage conditions

Before opening, preferably store in a dry, dark place between 15 and 25°C. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use the product within a month.

Support: wheat syrup (Triticum aestivum L. – gluten free); elderberry concentrated juice (Sambucus nigra L. – 7920 mg/30 ml), honey (7500 mg/30 ml), water, agave syrup (Agave tequilana F.A.C. Weber), propolis glycerin extract (3000 mg/30 ml), erysimum dry extract (Erysimum officinale L. – 165 mg/30 ml), pelargonium dry extract (Pelargonium sidoides DC. – 60 mg/30 ml), natural flavouring, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol/cholécalciférol – 22,5 µg/30ml = 450% NRV*).
