Pacifier Care and Cleaning
To ensure safety, it’s important to sterilize pacifiers daily, especially before first use. Due to the use of natural materials, sterilization should be performed as follows:
1. Place the pacifier in a bowl and pour boiling water over it.
2. Let the pacifier soak for 5 minutes.
3. Pick up the pacifier and let it dry. Squeeze out any water inside the pacifier.
Once cooled, your pacifiers are sterilized and ready for use! Do not boil Rebael pacifiers as it may damage the natural rubber. Frequent cleaning of Rebael pacifiers is essential for optimal hygiene. Good hygiene is always important, but crucial for small children and infants. Do not use UV sterilizers Rebael pacifiers are made from natural material that undergoes a natural aging process. UV radiation negatively impacts this process – thus we recommend never using UV sterilizers. Never clean in a dishwasher Dishwashers do not reach high enough temperatures to ensure sterilization. Also, the chemicals used in dishwashers can damage the pacifier.
Always check the pacifier before use, especially when the baby is teething. If the pacifier is damaged, discontinue use. Replace pacifiers every 4-6 weeks.
Rebael pacifier size 1 is suitable for ages 0-6 months. Size 2 is suitable for ages 6+ months.
