Its soft colour and light blueberry fragrance when it dries make it perfect for use on children aged 5 and over. Made in France, biosourced and dermatologically tested on sensitive skin, our blue nail polish for children, which also comes in fig mauve, strawberry pale pink, peach coral and mint water green, has everything to please young and old alike!

The natural ingredients in our Jolies Mimines blueberry nail varnish

With 81.5% biobased ingredients and 75% ingredients of natural origin, our blue children’s nail polish reflects our desire to find a satisfactory balance between naturalness and effectiveness. Our Jolies Mimines Blueberry nail polish is carefully formulated using renewable raw materials derived from biomass. Solvents derived from cotton, sugar cane, maize or manioc replace the petrochemical solvents that are harmful to health and the planet and are traditionally used to formulate nail varnishes.

TOOFRUIT children’s blue nail polish could have been a water-based nail polish. However, using water as the main solvent means adding preservatives to limit the development of bacteria in the product. Water-based polishes also come with a higher risk of ingestion, as they are not resistant to hand washing or saliva. We therefore chose to design a ’20-free’ nail polish, guaranteed phenoxyethanol-free and devoid of many of the controversial substances found in most nail polishes on the market.

With its vegan composition, our children’s blue nail polish won’t damage the nails or the skin around them, which is a great reassurance for parents. It has all the qualities of an ordinary nail varnish, including opaque colour, quick drying and good hold. As an added bonus, the smell of solvent disappears within seconds of application, giving way to the delicious, fruity scent of bilberry.
