What size cup is suitable for me?
We recommend size L for women over 30 and those who have given birth. Size S is intended for teenagers. Size M is intended for women under 30 who have not given birth.

Can the use of menstrual cups also cause TSS (toxic shock syndrome)?
No product is 100% free from the risk of toxic shock syndrome (including menstrual cups), but the risk is much lower. This is because the menstrual cup does not affect your mucous membranes. The cup does not absorb; it only collects.

How to insert the cup?
Step 1: Wash your hands well before use.
Step 2: Fold the cup so it forms the letter “C”.
Step 3: Insert the cup, preferably horizontally.
Step 4: The cup will open itself (you may need to twist it first)
Step 5: A properly inserted cup forms a vacuum and therefore does not leak.

How to remove the cup?
Step 1: Wash your hands thoroughly
Step 2: Do not pull the cup out by the stem, but pinch the bottom of the cup and move it side to side to break the vacuum
Step 3: Ensure the cup remains upright
Step 4: Empty the contents into the toilet or sink

How to change the cup in public?
This is one of the trickiest parts of using a menstrual cup. Once you have found your fit, we recommend the following method if you wish to empty the cup in public. Buy an extra cup and carry a clean cup with you in a bag or waterproof pouch. Rinse the cup clean before entering the restroom. Empty the used cup and wrap it in toilet paper and store it in a (waterproof) bag. Then insert the second cup and clean the used cup and bag at home.

Can a menstrual cup be kept inside all day?
Remove and empty the cup after a maximum of 12 hours.

How to clean the cup?
Rinse the cup under running water after use. Sterilize the cup after the cycle by boiling it in water. Use a microwave sterilization bag for microwave sterilization.

Can you exercise with a menstrual cup?
One of the greatest advantages of the cup is that you can exercise, go to the sauna, swim, cycle, dance for hours, and sleep through the night—worry-free.
