Melatonin reduces time to fall asleep. Beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg (one spray) of melatonin is consumed just before bedtime. In addition, melatonin facilitates subjective complaints related to fatigue in time zone banding. The beneficial effect is achieved with a minimum dose of 0.5 mg to be given before bedtime on the first day of travel and the next day after arrival at destination. The spray is easily absorbed because it passes through the mouth mucosa directly to the bloodstream.

Adults: One spray before going to sleep under the tongue or inside of the cheek. One spray provides 1 mg of melatonin and 0,25 mg of cannabis oil.

When using for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 3-4 times. Shake bottle well before use. Before going to sleep spray once under your tongue or on the inside of your cheek. Replace cap after use and keep the bottle in an upright position. If the product has not been used for a long period, the jet may become congested. If so, rinse it with warm water to remove the congestion.
