Description
A merino wool balaclava keeps the ears, neck, and nape warm. The balaclava doesn’t make the head sweat and allows the skin to breathe.
The fabric material is sourced from organic farming and does not contain chlorine, heavy metals, or other harmful chemicals. The fabric is clean and gentle on the skin.
Merino wool products are suitable for wearing year-round. The fabric keeps the body warm in winter and cool in summer. Merino wool products are antistatic and antibacterial, which makes them suitable even for babies with the most sensitive skin.
Dilling uses cotton and wool in their clothing which holds the GOTS certification (The Global Organic Textile Standard), the world’s leading standard for organic textile processing. The standard involves strict checks and ecological and social criteria throughout the supply chain.
Additionally, all Dilling clothes have the Nordic Swan eco-label, which imposes strict requirements on the substances used in garment processing. The label excludes the use of harmful substances in clothing.
Care of Merino Wool Products:
PRODUCT CARE: Products can be washed in the machine using a wool wash program (30 degrees). Use a detergent designed for wool garments when washing. Merino wool clothes can also be hand washed, but do not soak them in water for a long time.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND using wool detergent that contains lanolin. Lanolin makes clothes waterproof, and a lanolin detergent is not suitable for merino wool garments that are the first layer against the skin. In this case, merino wool loses its properties—it no longer absorbs moisture and does not keep the body warm and/or cool. Dilling wool wash gel does not contain lanolin!
