The frame is made in one piece, is shatterproof, and hinge-free. Designed especially for small children, the nose support ensures a perfect fit and comfortable wearing all day long.
Smart packaging and accessories
Unique and reusable packaging: the lid can be used as a sand mold and the tube as a pencil holder. Comes with an adjustable strap and microfiber bag. The frame can also be fitted with optical lenses if desired (through an optician).
Main advantages:
• SHATTERPROOF, ultra-lightweight, and ergonomic frame
• Made in France, recyclable, and BPA-free
• Category 3 lenses, UV400, blue light filter
• Mirror lenses

Usage: Although Kietla glasses are very durable and the frame shatterproof, they are not a toy. Please ensure that the child does not rub them against stones or chew on them. In such cases, the lenses may get scratched.
Should babies wear sunglasses? Babies’ and children’s eyes must be especially carefully protected from harmful sun radiation on hot sunny summer days because their protective ability is low: a child’s eye pupil is wide, the lens is crystal clear, and moreover, they look upward more than adults. Children are at a greater risk of developing eye damage caused by excessive exposure to sun radiation.
Does a regular dark lens also protect babies’ eyes? Eyes are not protected from sun radiation by a dark lens but by UV protection. Wearing glasses with just tinted, UV-protection-free lenses is extremely dangerous for the eyes, as the natural protection functions of the eye: squinting and pupil constriction, do not activate with a dark lens. Consequently, much more UV radiation enters the eye than if without sunglasses.
