Description
Urban sunglasses from the VIBE collection are designed for active children who move both in the city and in nature. The sharply-lined square design gives the glasses a modern and sporty look.
The semi-thick temples of the glasses are made from translucent material and have a 180° flexible hinge, allowing them to open widely without damaging the frame. A uniform matte tone adds character while the translucent tone keeps the design light. The model is available in two sizes: 4–7 and 7–12 years, fitting different face shapes.
First-category polarized lenses offer maximum sun protection. The lenses filter 100% of UV radiation (UVA, UVB, UVC) and include a blue light filter, reducing glare and improving visual comfort in bright light. Polarization makes vision clearer in reflections off water, sand, and asphalt.
The Urban model is designed to withstand even harsher use. 180° opening temples, light weight, and ergonomic shape provide all-day comfort without pressure.
The set includes a microfiber pouch, suitable for storing and cleaning the glasses. If desired, the frame can also be fitted with prescription lenses (through an optician).

Should children and babies wear sunglasses? The eyes of babies and children should be especially carefully protected from harmful sun radiation on a hot, sunny summer day because their protective capacity is low: a child’s pupil is wide, the lens is crystal clear, and moreover, they look upwards more than adults. Children are at greater risk of eye damage caused by excessive sun radiation.
Does ordinary dark eyeglass lens also protect children’s and babies’ eyes? It’s not the dark lens that protects the eyes from solar radiation, but the UV protection. Wearing glasses with simply dyed dark lenses, without UV protection, is extremely dangerous for the eyes, as the eye’s natural protective functions: squinting and pupil constriction, do not activate with dark lenses. Consequently, much more UV radiation enters the eye than when not wearing sunglasses.
